Any amateur basketball team that has competed in a tournament (either the Winter League or the Nicosia Amateur Basketball Association itself) which resulted in a team ranking within the final four of the event (Champion, Runner-Up, 3rd Place or 4th Place) during the «Scorily Era» (2019 to Present Day) is eligible to compete in the Champions League tournament of the Nicosia Amateur Basketball Association. Eligibility criteria are ranked by a single criteria called:

In the event that more teams qualify, are invited, and accept to compete, than it is feasible to have compete, for whatever reason, the list of eligible teams can be trimmed down by the tournament organizers using the following tournament ranking methodology:
NABA 1st Division

Tournament Structures
Tournament Structures
The intention of the tournament organizers is to run either:
An 8-team,
round-robin,
teams play each other twice.
or ...
A 16-team,
round-robin,
teams paly each other once.
Then the final four play a knockout semi-final match (1st vs 4th and 2nd vs 3rd), which leads to the final game day match.
